We accommodate all sizes of RV’s yet maintain plenty of natural vegetation and space between you and your next door neighbors.  Sites can be reserved for a day, week or month.  Modern infrastructure includes city sewer and high pressure city water& 30 & 50 amp electric services at each site.  Cable TV & direct high speed internet is available for extended stays through Sparklight.   All sites are back-in. 

* Daily - $55 / day + tax (Includes Water, Sewer and Electric)

* Weekly - $295 / week + Tax (Includes Water, Sewer and Electric)

* Monthly - $650 / Month (Plus Water, Sewer, Garbage & Electric metered                                            and billed separately)

Rates are subject to change at any time.  Please note that rental rates are based on two people per space.  Daily & Weekly rates are subject to additional guests charges (6 maximum) will be charged $5.00 per adult & $2.00 per child person per night.  In accordance with Penrod RV & Mobile Homestead Rules & Regulations, guest limitations apply* 

Cancellation Policy -  All cancellations not made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled within 7 days will be given no refunds.  Early departures are subject to a cancellation fee. 

Holidays & Special Events -  Holiday weekends or special events may require a minimum length of stay as well as an additional fee.  Please inquire at the time the reservation is made. 

Reservation & Deposit Policy -  

To guarantee a reservation, a credit card deposit is charged when the reservation is made.  Please see cancellation policy for refunds.

• For a reservation from one to six days, a $55 deposit plus tax (equal to the first night).
• For a reservation from one to three weeks, the deposit is $100 per week reserved, plus tax.
• For a monthly reservation, the deposit is $200 for each month reserved.
